Drop Pounds In Your Sleep?

According to recent studies, adjusting your sleep habits can help you lose weight.  Stress and lack of sleep increase levels of cortisol, which makes your body hold on to fat.  But beyond that, going to bed earlier will help reduce the opportunity for those late night trips to the fridge for just a little sliver of this or a bite of that.

While for most of us, it seems unrealistic to get those eight hours of sleep, it’s important to make an effort toward a least getting more sleep.  Here are a few tips to help catch more z’s and drop more lbs.:
