We’re a collection of women who write about our experiences with weight loss, exercise, fitness, health and life. It’s all our feelings, opinions and attitudes and we make every effort to be 100% truthful about the topic at hand.
From time to time, we will post links inside our articles or on the sidebar for which we are receiving compensation. Know that sometimes, if you click from one of our links to a product or service, we’ll get a commission for it. And sometimes we won’t. But if we’re linking to it, we stand behind it. You won’t find links to crazy fad/dangerous diet and exercise routines here just so that we can make a buck.
We won’t review anything we haven’t tried ourselves, but when we do review it, if the company has given it to us for free or has compensated us in any way for doing the review, we’ll let you know in the article.

- Dotti's Weight Loss Zone The best thing about this site is it has tons of restaurant points. Beware though, some of these are a bit out of date.
- Hungry Girl A site I wish I’d come up with myself. She has awesome recipes and tips – get the newsletter you won’t be sorry!
- The Daily Plate Great to find the nutrition info for tons of foods.
